Acceptance of Terms By signing up for the free trial or using Foodpay POS services during any paid subscription period, the user (“subscriber”) automatically agrees to all Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy stated herein. These Terms apply digitally to all subscribers upon: Account creation Renewal of any subscription If a subscriber does not agree with these Terms, they must uninstall the Foodpay POS App and discontinue use of the Web Software immediately. Continued access or usage of Foodpay POS constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Account Linking and Password Recovery Each subscriber account is linked exclusively to the registered email ID used during signup. Subscribers may update or change their registered email ID through the Foodpay POS Web Admin Panel. If a subscriber forgets their password: A password reset link will be sent only to the registered email ID Reset links will not be sent to any other email address Manual verification or alternate reset methods are not permitted Subscribers are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of their registered email ID. 4. Free Trial Policy Every new user is entitled to a 7-day free trial starting from the date of registration. During the free trial period, users receive full access to all available modules and features of the Foodpay POS Mobile App and Web Software. Important Trial Notes: A valid email ID is mandatory to activate the free trial After the trial period ends, access will be restricted until a paid subscription is purchased Users must select a subscription plan based on their restaurant type and operational requirements 5. Subscription Plans and Payments All payments must be made online only through secure payment gateways available within the app or website Manual or offline payments are not accepted Subscription access is granted immediately after successful payment Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-transferable Plan pricing, features, and validity will be clearly displayed before purchase 6. Refund Policy After the free trial period, users must purchase a subscription to continue using Foodpay POS services. Once a subscription payment is completed, ISYSTEM WEBNET SERVICES PVT. LTD does not provide refunds, except in cases where a refund is explicitly approved by the company. If a refund is approved: It will be processed within 5 days The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases: Change of business decision Non-usage of the service after payment Accidental plan selection Duplicate or multiple subscriptions Users are strongly advised to utilize the 7-day free trial before purchasing a subscription.

7. Service Access and Continuity Service access is valid only for the duration of the selected subscription plan. If a subscription expires and is not renewed: Access to Foodpay POS services will be automatically suspended until renewal The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of: Violation of Terms & Conditions Misuse of the platform Activities harmful to system security or infrastructure 8.
